Our Program starts with an annual physical, but it’s so much more. As members of our Wellness Program, your team will be eligible for same-day or next-day appointments, and a doctor they can reach ‘round the clock. Our process enables us to get to know each member of the team individually, so they know they’re receiving individualized care.

Our focus on Preventative Healthcare includes providing each patient with an individualized program designed to find issues before they become problems, and provide the information and resources needed to live the healthiest life possible.
This Prevention Program, paid for by the annual membership fee, includes a comprehensive range of screenings and diagnostics that are probably not covered by traditional insurance, even though they have been proven to provide early detection.
We take all the time necessary to help your team understand his or her personal test results, what they mean, and how they can be improved. Together, we will design a plan with specific action steps, determine how to measure progress, and establish a time frame to go with it.

Enhanced Doctor-Patient Relationships
A typical executive physical is a once-a-year event, but our program includes year-round care and a more personal relationship. The way we practice medicine is to put the patient in the center, and design the steps around him or her according to the individual’s unique situation.
Whether the patient is in perfect health, dealing with a chronic condition such as diabetes or arthritis, or concerned about a family history … we will identify the right steps for each individual, and design a program around individual needs and goals. This plan can include anything from nutrition to fitness plans … from managing cholesterol levels to blood pressure … from dealing with stress to interpersonal relationships.

We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about how this program will work for your organization. We will guide you through the choices you make in setting up the program. You give us a list of your team members to be enrolled, and we will take care of explaining the program to eligible employees on an individual basis. We contact them directly to set up appointments. We will handle all ongoing communication with the company and the enrollees, and report to you on a regular basis with updates and results.
