“Everything that is important to you depends on your health.”
— Elizabeth Acton Khan, MD
This belief has guided my career and is the foundation of Personalized Longevity Medical Center. My passion is helping patients not only treat illness, but also achieve optimal health, vitality, and longevity through a personalized, proactive approach to medicine.
I am a board-certified Family Physician with advanced fellowship training in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine. By combining the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based functional and integrative therapies, I work to identify and treat the root causes of disease rather than simply managing symptoms. Every patient is unique, and every treatment plan is thoughtfully individualized to meet their specific health goals.
I believe that prevention is the cornerstone of lifelong wellness. Through advanced diagnostic testing, personalized nutrition, exercise, lifestyle optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, nutraceuticals, and functional medicine, I partner closely with my patients to reduce disease risk, improve quality of life, and help them thrive at every stage of life.
My commitment to healthy living extends beyond the office. I founded the annual nonprofit Run with Your Doctor, which brings our community together to promote fitness, wellness, and disease prevention while supporting charitable causes. It reflects my belief that physicians should lead by example and inspire healthy lifestyles both inside and outside the exam room.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, painting, and spending time with my family. Raising four amazing daughters has been one of my life’s greatest blessings, and becoming a grandmother has brought a new level of joy and appreciation for the importance of lifelong health. These experiences continually remind me that good health allows us to enjoy the people, passions, and moments that matter most.
Whether your goal is to increase energy, restore hormonal balance, lose weight, improve gut health, reduce cardiovascular risk, or simply age with strength and vitality, I am committed to providing the time, expertise, and personalized care needed to help you achieve your healthiest future.
Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap to help you live healthier, feel better, and enjoy the life you love for years to come.
